Changes to O!Dengi card services

Starting September 10, 2026, the issuance and servicing of ELKAP and Visa cards linked to the O!Dengi e-wallet will be discontinued.

Transactions with previously issued cards will no longer be available.

Your money will not disappear: all remaining balances on the cards have been preserved and are available in the O!Dengi e-wallet.

The O!Dengi e-wallet itself will continue to operate as usual – you can use it as before.
