My O! is the first: a new service – online queue at PSC

The My O! ecosystem continuously extending its service range is now the 1st payment system in Kyrgyzstan to launch a new free service, the online queue at Public Service Centers (PSCs).

The super-app users can now join the queue online: just choose time and visit PSC at your convenience.

What does the new app offer? 

1.  Quick and easy appointment arrangement at PSC 24/7.

2.  Time is saved, no lines.

3.  Appointment can be cancelled if necessary.

Once queue is reserved, the ticket ID and operator number will be displayed on the PSC’s terminal screen. You can only schedule an appointment in advance once a week and only have 1 active ticket per week. 

How to join queue online? 

1.  Log in the My O! app → O!Dengi.

2.  Choose “My Services” → “Government Services” → “Online Queue at PSC”.

3.  Enter details and validate online reservation.

The service has been implemented through the support of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
