Tunduk’s Digital Docs and Government Services are Now in My O!

The O!Dengi financial service continues extending the range of available digital government services and offering user-friendly technological solutions to people in Kyrgyzstan.

The access to digital documents and government services provided by Tunduk is now available in the My O! app. Through this service, you can use digital documents and present them on demand as if you produced their hardcopies. 

The following essential documents are always with you now: 

• ID card;

• Driver’s license;

• vehicle registration certificate;

• marriage certificate and children’s birth certificates;

• individual entrepreneur’s state registration certificate.

  Furthermore, over 50 popular services provided by Tunduk are also available in the app:

• government certificates and document extracts;

• statements of social benefits;

• health digital profile.

Accessing the Tunduk portal via the My O! app is easy:

• download or upgrade the My O! app on Google Play or App Store;

• open “O!Dengi” → “My Services” → “Government Services” → “Tunduk”;

• enter the UIS password issued along with the digital signature (you can obtain that right now in the My O! app);

• choose a method of receiving the verification code: by SMS or e-mail;

• click “Log in” button. 

You can use Face ID, Touch ID or PIN to log in Tunduk the next time. 

The service is provided free of charge and has been implemented with the support from the Tunduk state institution under the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
